Hey guys so I was just in the kitchen cooking a bit. I thought I would do a video because actually a lot of what I hear from non-vegans is that they do not know what to eat. For breakfast maybe they only have bread with cheese and they don’t know what to substitute it with or they don’t know what to eat except for meat and how to replace everything. So I thought I would show you a bit of what I’m cooking right now. I am doing two things at once. And to show you what food I have here in the kitchen. I eat a lot of different things.

What I eat in a day as a vegan 🌱❤️

First of all I have some carrots in the oven here. I am going to use them to make a vegan salmon. So I have this marinade to make vegan salmon. I made this marinade with olive oil and coconut, vinegar which I have up here and the liquid smoke up here. This is all my spices and oils and you can see I have a lot. So these have to be in the oven for a while and put them in the marinade for two days and it tastes exactly like salmon. And then I’m making Sriracha a dish when I lived in Chile and usually, it’s made with salmon or whitefish. But I use palms of heart. And then I’m gonna chop a lot of vegetables with spices and oil and hopefully, it tastes the same without the salmon. Here I have more fresh oregano that is organic and really good and I found this amazing vegan parmesan that I ordered from Germany but should have it at the vegan store.

Ok… here’s some ideas that I have for dinner and lunch. For breakfast, I usually do something such as soy yogurt. I also use it for dips and dressings and such. And for breakfast, I usually put chia seeds and fresh berries. And then I buy olives everywhere because I am in Spain and they have amazing olives. And this is what I made the other night which is a falafel with sweet potato and it’s really really good. I have a bit left of the best vegan cheese here from new life. And I also found Spanish chorizo which is really good and is also vegan. This is just drinking stuff. I have some vegan Caesar dressing left. Home from the US. These are all my veggies spinach. This is my milk …I drink almond milk… and sometimes I will have that with my breakfast cereal. Here I have pasta and rice. I use agave syrup instead of honey. If we have any honey addicts out there. You can use maple syrup or any syrup you like really. I have rice Prego that you just put tomato sauce or barbecue sauce. And I have this gluten-free flour to make Setan. This is like vegan mozzarella. Tahini because I make a lot of hummus. And here is a lot of seeds and nuts.I have fresh lentils and lots of rice. And I put hemp seeds and Chia seeds in my breakfast. I have some quinoa, some yeast. For dinner I make pizza, and pasta. I may not have the healthiest diet but I do use a lot of fresh veggies so I do get a lot of vitamins and I put a lot of seeds on top as well. I get a lot of carbohydrates that we need also.
I’ll take you through this really quick because this is what I do when I’m lazy… I have some ice cream left made with blended bananas and I put berries in. Then I have vegetables which I just put in the oven real quick for a quick dinner. I have some sausages and nuggets that are vegan. So most of the fake meat I’ll get at the Chinese store. And because it’s cheaper then the vegan supermarket. For inspiration I also have a food album on Facebook I’m not good at writing down what I put in because I generally throw things together which is exactly what I am doing now with the Sriracha. If there is anything you don’t know how to make just message me and I will try to put up a recipe for you. Yeah let me know if you’re liking ideas if there’s anything that you really like in the non-vegan versions maybe I can help you find a vegan version of it. I can make more or less anything vegan.

At least everything I used to eat before. Yep just text me if there is anything specific that you are looking for. Have a nice evening guys.
