1. Every day start you day with gratitude, when you are in the middle of something and its getting hard and taking a toll on you, stop and in your head think of 3 things you are grateful for…
2. Do things you LOVE.. not what is okay, not what others are doing.. not what’s in… WHAT YOU LOVE.
3. Do one random act of kindess, big or small a day…
example… holding a door for someone, offering a smile to a stranger, picking up trash on the ground, doing a errand or chore for a loved one.
