there’s a new dawn breaking…
the pride of humanity must bow quickly
to the ancient forces of earth’s ecology.
the wind can no longer remain silent
when dark clouds of dirt claim the moment
the fresh sunlight can no longer bear it
the earth is coming to its limit.
the waters rage and rumble
the soil now surge and grumble
In our pride we desired to change the earth
yet now in our suffering the earth changes us.
From two paths we must now choose
the forces of pride must not let loose
The path of war or the path of healing?
