I have only one life to live and one chance to give
Tomorrow may never come, before life is undone
I have only one breath to take, one heartbeat i could make
Before everything stops under the sun i will miss all the fun.
So i rejoice in this borrowed moment now, with any means i know how
Celebrate all the persons i will meet, remove all pride and deceit
Til eternity overtakes me, and the world i will no longer see
Yet in the endless nothingness, i will have lived in happiness
Because i have lived life to the fullest, became authentic in earnest
And i have known beauty with all its mystery
And i was filled with love, with all its majesty
Because we have encountered each other poignantly
