Everything you experienced in your life is all your own perception. Maybe you say to yourself bad things happend to me and that is why I am the way that I am today. You are just creating more unwanted things to come to you. What is best is to shift your thoughts on to all of the good things to create more good things. Your perception of yourself is only a momentary thing. Your perception changes probably more often than you change clothes. If we know that our perception can easily be changed. How about we start changing it. Believe in good things in life. Believe that you are good and believe that your body is healthy, believe that goodness and beauty support you and life is getting better and better.
