I came into this world with a knowing that I was not the body… and then conditioning set in… By the age of 19 my biggest dream had already come to fruition and fell into a deep state of depression. It was here at the bottom of the downward spiral that the teachers began to appear in my consciousness… Ramana Maharshi, Yogananda, Osho, Patanjali, Sai Baba, among others began to beckon me to look inside. It is a beautiful journey… this deepening in awareness… the little girl that always knew that she was not the form… she rests inside the heart… and she is my greatest teacher, sat guru of the heart.
This meeting with the Self… never ends… there is no beginning and no end… We meet in the middle as One Consciousness…. And All Are Welcome Here… There is no other but the Self.
The Self is witnessed in all things and all beings… One “I” Seeing. This is Home… I am so grateful to meet with you in this space…deepening in this awareness together as One. I offer in service my open heart… an instrument of Divine Love… my heart is open to you… i will meet you here with humility…. curiosity… and playful exploration… Let’s Dance!
