There is a piece of the sun shining bright inside of me,
It creates unstoppable longings and fills me with creativity,
There is a freedom that shouts from within the depths of my desire,
A yearning so great it fills me with fire.
This piece of the sun powers my whole body,
It gives my heart a surge of emotion and energy,
It lights up my mind with images that want to find reality
It burns my spirit to search for my real identity.
Yet i know that this fire is not my body,
It’s not even the emotions that consistently wrack me,
It’s not in the thoughts that hound me endlessly,
It’s an emptiness that so full it feels like beauty.
