I was born in Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Los Angeles. I worked in the film industry while I was there. I recently decided to get back in touch with myself and move back to Arizona. I realized that I wanted a much more simplistic existence than that life could offer.

My Message Of Wellness
The most powerful things are the most basic. If you don’t have the basics down then the things you add on the side won’t benefit you. To me the fundamental basics are eating right, drinking plenty of water, exercising your body and mind and a good sleep routine. Sleep is so important to the restoration of your body. Refuse to do anything that might interfere with my eight hours of sleep. Eating right and drinking water helps to expel your body of toxins that accumulate during the day. Exercising your body even if it is as simple as walking around your neighborhood helps to sweat out the toxins and keep your body in shape. Keep your mind exercised too, it’s easy to fall into a routine that your mind gets used to and ends up not having to be positively active. Doing crosswords, reading a book, playing the piano, doing a math problem, having an intelligent conversation or learning something new everyday is healthy for the mind. The brain is what controls the rest of the body. If it is not functioning well then the rest of the body isn’t either. Once you have these down then anything else you do on top of it will be a plus to assist on your path to wellness!
