I am passionate about yoga, meditation, spirituality, and healthy living, I started practicing yoga more than 20 years ago, looking for a solution to the health problems I was dealing with for many years. By practicing yoga and being a vegetarian, I became healthier and happier, All areas of my life became more enriching and fulfilling, from health, relationships, and personal life to my career. I gradually discovered the joy of a purposeful life, in which success is not the measure of how much I achieve, but rather of how much heart I put into everything I do.
I discovered that the best way to show my gratitude for all the gifts that I received during my spiritual journey, is sharing them with other like-minded people.
I have been teaching yoga in USA and Europe since 2007 and I am also a Holistic Health Coach and Life Dynamix Wellness Specialist. I am passionate about empowering people with all the tools they need in order to live their lives at their maximum potential, through continuous transformation and spiritual evolution.
