I am passionate about yoga, meditation, spirituality, and healthy living, I started practicing yoga more than 20 years ago, looking for a solution to the health problems I was dealing with for many years. By practicing yoga and being a vegetarian, I became healthier and happier, All areas of my life became more enriching and fulfilling, from health, relationships, and personal life to my career. I gradually discovered the joy of a purposeful life, in which success is not the measure of how much I achieve, but rather of how much heart I put into everything I do.

I discovered that the best way to show my gratitude for all the gifts that I received during my spiritual journey, is sharing them with other like-minded people.

I have been teaching yoga in USA and Europe since 2007 and I am also a Holistic Health Coach and Life Dynamix Wellness Specialist. I am passionate about empowering people with all the tools they need in order to live their lives at their maximum potential, through continuous transformation and spiritual evolution.

Blissful Living is a wellness program designed to help you live a healthier and happier life. The classes and coaching offered in this program will help you discover the spiritual dimension of your life, and use your unlimited potential, awakening the qualities within you and making them shine in all their splendor.
