Chelsea Bates is on a journey of self discovery, self love, and self worth. She has always struggled with depression for many years and after her divorce in 2015 she decided to take her life back and found her confidence again through fitness, healthy eating, and personal development. Through her struggles she has found ways to persevere by not giving up, learning to forgive herself, and to just keep pushing for her goals and dreams no matter what comes her way.
