Here are 5 things that take around a minute to do and that, hopefully, will make your day a little bit better 🙂

1 minute plank or 10 pushups

1 minute to be grateful for 1-3 things/people/experiences in your life

1 minute to read out loud (3 times at least if possible) I Am So Happy And Grateful Now, That Money Comes To Me; In Increasing Quantities, Through Multiple Sources, On A Continuous Basis! by Bob Proctor

1 minute of meditation (yes, 1 minute might sound silly and not enough but you’ve got to start somewhere so for 1 minute just focus on your breathing and nothing else)

1 minute to hug someone - your loved one, a friend, a colleague at work and just tell them how much they mean to you

Hope you have an amazing day and a meaningful week!

Kenny

PS: What other things would you add to this?

Hi Kenny,

Thanks for sharing these great suggestions! I love the idea of incorporating small, positive actions into our day. Each one sounds like a wonderful way to boost our mood and mindset.

Here’s a quick 5-minute routine to start your day on a positive note:

  1. 1 Minute of Deep Breathing: Sit quietly and take slow, deep breaths to calm your mind and center yourself.

  2. 1 Minute of Gratitude: Write down or think of 3 things you’re grateful for to shift your mindset to positivity.

  3. 1 Minute of Stretching: Stand up and stretch your body to release tension and boost energy.

  4. 1 Minute of Intention Setting: Think of one small goal or focus for the day to give yourself direction.

  5. 1 Minute of Affirmation: Repeat a positive affirmation like, “I am capable and calm,” to build confidence and resilience.

This simple routine can set a calm, focused, and positive tone for the rest of your day!

@ahsan If we bundle this and what I've said above, it all only takes around 10 minutes! And the effects on our day could be amazing! Just 10 minutes...
