Here are 5 things that take around a minute to do and that, hopefully, will make your day a little bit better 🙂

1 minute plank or 10 pushups

1 minute to be grateful for 1-3 things/people/experiences in your life

1 minute to read out loud (3 times at least if possible) I Am So Happy And Grateful Now, That Money Comes To Me; In Increasing Quantities, Through Multiple Sources, On A Continuous Basis! by Bob Proctor 

1 minute of meditation (yes, 1 minute might sound silly and not enough but you’ve got to start somewhere so for 1 minute just focus on your breathing and nothing else)

1 minute to hug someone - your loved one, a friend, a colleague at work and just tell them how much they mean to you

Hi Kenny,

Thanks for sharing these great suggestions! I love the idea of incorporating small, positive actions into our day. Each one sounds like a wonderful way to boost our mood and mindset.
