Nature is the natural environment, phenomena, and processes of the physical world, characterized by relatively simple compositions compared to other areas in chemistry. These include minerals, rocks, soil, water, air, plants, and animals. Most are naturally occurring things that can be found around us.

The world around us is an integral component of nature, but there are animals that are part of the natural environment. To understand these, you should know some important aspects of nature -- water has the ability to dissolve many substances which make it a good solvent for dissolving rocks and minerals; the soil is made up of crushed rock particles that contain various amounts of minerals, organic matter and the remnants of living organisms.

Nature conservation is a discipline that aims to protect natural resources such as animals, plants, ecological communities, soil, and water from extinction or degradation. As these natural resources are important for our survival, it is required to pay attention to their conservation.

Nature's diversity is considered as its capital. Conservation requires that this capital be protected and used sustainably to meet the present needs of society while preserving future options for ourselves, other species, and all forms of life on Earth.

Humans depend on inter-species relationships with nature as a whole. Humans have been using nature to meet their daily needs from the time of hunter-gatherers until now. Today, humans use technology that allows them to have easy access to water and other natural resources that they need for living because there is an increasing human population. While some people think that technology can replace nature, it is not true. Because technology cannot substitute the need to have human relationships with nature, even going back to simple things such as planting a tree and watching it grow.
