Thanks a lot for making a difference by putting the essence of Ayurveda in just few words, and if we want to give all knowledge and wisdom of Ayurveda, the Science of Life as you have well described, its like this:

"The living body gives back, what we give to it, and it gives back many times more than we can give to it. We chant mantras of body to thank it, and call it the Sharir, the Shri and without it life has no meaning.

So, just some water put into the hand pump gives back life long supply of water and that is what the Ayurveda says Water of Life or Amrit for all, who take it, live and who ignore may not survive, means struggle to survive, and thus let's put some water into hand pump, called the human body, and the bodies of all in the natural world. Thanks!" Smile

Thanks a lot for sharing your wisdom! Smile
