"What you bring forth out of yourself from the inside will save you. What you do not bring forth out of yourself from the inside will destroy you." Gospel of Thomas
There are times we get stuck re-living the fears, the pains, and the struggles of our past. Yet we have the ability to transform them by remembering the soul's perspective of love, meaning, and releasing.
Every experience we have serves a purpose of the soul. Every moment offers us an infinite level of growth, beauty, and love when we find its meaning and release it from its place locked in our consciousness. In this transformation and process we bring the unconscious experience to the conscious.
Begin the transformation process through meditation and study, here is a general outline of the process:
Recall the event in your mind, let yourself remember the experience fully.
Own that experience without judgement or blame, know that it was your experience.
Take the responsibility of your actions, of the event and its consequences. (The experience stemmed from fears of and lack of being whole and I have just one subjective perception).
Give the event meaning in what your soul was learning in mastery, skill, life but didn't know at that time.
Re-imagine and see the experience now through its lesson(s) with its higher purpose.
Release the experience from you knowing the lessons and finding the love, healing, and peace now in this moment.
Some of the greatest work we can do is to meet our experiences, ourselves, in new ways with love, healing, and the understanding of higher purposes.
