Mohandas Gandhi aptly describes the world we live in today: POLITICS WITHOUT PRINCIPLE; PLEASURE WITHOUT CONSCIENCE; WEALTH WITHOUT WORK; KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT CHARACTER; BUSINESS WITHOUT MORALITY; SCIENCE WITHOUT HUMANITY; WORSHIP WITHOUT SACRIFICE. This quotation shoots straight into the fragmentation that we are experiencing today. It represents how alienated we have been in or souls and in our society's structures. It describes our dualism, our loneliness, our separation, our lost souls. And the love for money has a lot to do with this. Look how we ate our integrity so that profit is the main force behind the decisions of our politicians. Look at how we can now buy sex and pleasure without the need for investing our love and emotion; Look at how the filthy rich wallow in money without lifting a finger in real work; Look at how we have pursued knowledge for careers that make money and missed to pursue wisdom that makes up for good relations and friendships; Look at how big business make global policies that destroy people's lives and environment without ever thinking if its moral; Look at how science forgot the question the why of our humanity focusing only on the How's to do things; And look at how religion made us complacent in our worship as we missed the meaning of sacrificing for others... This is the world that money has made.
