If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking about trading it in for a newer model.
I've got bumps and dents and scratches in my finish and my paint job is getting a little dull ...
But that's not the worst of it.
My headlights are out of focus and it's especially hard to see things up close.
My traction is not as graceful as it once was. I slip and slide and skid and bump into things even in the best of weather.
My whitewalls are stained with varicose Veins.
It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed. My fuel rate burns inefficiently.
But here's the worst of it -
Almost every time I sneeze, cough or laugh ....
Either my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires!

That is pretty funny isn't it? I don't know about you but I laughed out loud when I read it. Makes you wonder though…. If your Body Was a Car…What type of car would yours be?
A Pinto? Does anybody else remember those? I never had the pleasure of riding in one, but their reputation was - not well made, inexpensive, fall apart easily. Does "FORD, Fix or Repair Daily" ring a bell? Would you choose to be a pinto?
Or A middle of the road car? Perhaps an Impala? I know I'm showing my age here but my intention is to not offend anyone. Impala's were safe. They got you where you were going and lasted a while. Impala was more a family style car for the middle class.
How about a sports car? A Corvette possible, showy, fast, a collector's fantasy?
Or maybe a luxury car? A Mercedes Benz perhaps. Something to show off with. An " I have made it" type car!
How about a high-end Luxury Model? A Bentley perhaps or a Sporty Lamborghini? These are cars that make others drool. Cars that says you are special, that you've made it to the big time and don't get in your way. You deserve the best.
If you could choose, what would you be?
Well we can't really choose what kind of car we would be…..or can we??
From the moment we are born, we begin to age. What if you had the resources to slow the aging process? What if you had the ability to potentially stave off major diseases, such as heart disease, cancer, arthritis and diabetes? Aging processes are partially the result of our genetic make-up and governed by DNA. But aging also is a product of lifestyle - the food we eat, the way we treat our bodies and the toxins, heavy metals, pollutants, and even pharmaceuticals we encounter on a daily basis. As we age, hormones become unbalanced, diet and exercise are often abandoned, and toxins accumulate in the body. These imbalances can detrimentally affect our immune, neurological and endocrine systems, resulting in a myriad of symptoms and serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and autoimmune disease.
The latest science shows that DNA damage and poor repair are major causes of premature aging and many age-related diseases. Newly forming cells look to their predecessors for their identity in a process analogous to photocopying. But as time, environmental pollutions, dietary factors, lifestyle issues and genetic inheritance combine to erode the cellular genetics in an aging process unique to each individual. As the quality of new cells gradually degrades, our DNA becomes deficient in various nutrients and minerals. This can cause a breakdown in functions throughout the body and, over time, promote disease and accelerated aging. Furthermore, these potentially damaged genes can be passed on through multiple generations. This means the damage can be done to your mother's or even grandmother's exposure.
We need to actually repair the damage to our DNA to improve and maintain health.
DNA screening affords you an unprecedented opportunity to take charge of your health. Personal DNA Analysis is a revolutionary DNA screening that puts the power of scientific innovation at your fingertips. Unlike medical diagnostic tests that simply determine whether you have or do not have a disease, Personal DNA Analysis identifies truly individualized ways to help you maintain long-term health and well-being by looking inside your DNA. Armed with this information you can identify, prevent and possibly alleviate chronic ailments.
I believe our bodies are our vehicles to get thru life, the vehicle that embodies our souls. We are here is for a purpose, to fulfill our destiny. You can better do the work you are intended to when you take care of your body (Your vehicle).
