@ocean The difference between noise and music is present whether we are sitting alone or in the crowd. It needs only outer interaction when we are in the crowd, but in the personal life, we are not noisy inside, thus being musical gives rhythm with everything including nature and the humans - in crowd or without it. Thanks!

How does this happen? Gosh, I wish we had the answer!

Unfortunately history shows a pattern; that leaders who are heartless and ruthless are the ones that can take control and be in political power. I think in order for leadership to be aware and loving, the people following/individuals must be aware and loving. Then it will be more difficult for a leader that is brutal or maybe just unwise to come into power. Because so many individuals are currently just going "along with whatever the leader says" the leader will continue to gain power...but if the individuals thought about what they were doing, became aware of themselves and others and changed their actions accordingly, we might see a shift in leadership. So I guess I think that in order for any leadership "patterns" to change, the followers need to be the ones to change first. Just my thoughts....there may be much better answers out there Smile

Thanks for the good question!

In my opinion alone, our political and commercial leaders are just playing songs for the crowd to get up and dance to. When they would like the crowd quite, they play a waltz, and when they'd like the crowd hopping, they play some catchy fiddle music.

These leaders are simply directing the crowd as a unit; individuals inside of the crowd all have their individual concerns to go with being a part of the whole unit. To find spiritual calm, people must realize the difference between crowd control thoughts and the personal ones.

Once the personal thoughts have been segregated from the crowd, then those thoughts can find their way towards spiritual awareness.
