Let's share some tips on How to Improve Sleep
Insomnia - Exhaustion - Healthy Sleep

@harmony Improving your sleep takes time and experimentation, but the benefits are worth it. By making small changes to your habits and environment, you can create the conditions for a restful night’s sleep. What are your favorite tips for better sleep so far?
This has helped me get better sleep:
I like winding down with calming activities like reading a fiction book. I avoid screens 2 hours prior to sleep. I take a shower about 30 minutes prior to bed so my body knows I'm preparing. Once a week I take a bath and that's also a great way to reduce stress and sleep better.
Going to bed at the same hour and waking up at the same time every morning has all helped. The mind craves routines so create ones that work for you and stick to them!
I've also tried meditating close to bed. Sometimes it works very well, other times not so much. It's trial and error I guess and finding the right things for you.
Make sure to exercise daily because it definitely helps you sleep better (among dozens of other benefits)! Exercise as early in the day as you can to get those benefits for the whole day.
I don't take naps, they don't work for me. But I know of other people that swear by them.
Great question! Here are a few tips to improve sleep:
- Create a calming bedtime routine – winding down with relaxing activities can help signal to your body that it’s time to rest.
- Limit screen time before bed – the blue light from devices can interfere with sleep, so try to avoid them at least an hour before sleep.
- Keep your sleep environment quiet and cool – a comfortable, dark room can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
- Stick to a regular sleep schedule – going to bed and waking up at the same time daily helps your body’s internal clock.
- Watch your diet – avoid caffeine and heavy meals before bed, and try soothing snacks like a cup of herbal tea.
Consistency is key, and small changes can make a big difference in the quality of your sleep. Sweet dreams.
