I aim for 2-3 weekly for 25+ minutes but I also have days when I know I won’t be able to get a good workout in so I settle for a few pushups and some jumping jacks just to make sure I get some movement on that day.
I implement yoga at least 2 times a week and hike on average 3 times a week.

@love-heals That's great, Theresa! What kind of yoga do you do? Can you share some links for the exercises you do?
And for how long do you go hiking for?
Good question! I exercise typically in the mornings with my partner, a few days a week. We like to use fitness videos to help guide us through. We've been doing a lot of Pilates, core strengthening routines, and other full body exercises.
I try to exercise most days of the week, usually in the morning or after work. I aim for at least 30 minutes a day, whether it's a workout, walk, or yoga session, to stay active and energized.

@ahsanali Guys and gals, if/when possible, please share videos of workouts/yoga you like. It’s always nice to see what others are doing or liking and we can all learn from one another. Here are a few of mine:

I also like the FitOn app and I sometimes do workouts from there.

It’s always nice to learn from each other and discover new workouts. While I don't share videos, I agree that exploring different styles and routines can be really helpful. Apps like FitOn can be a great resource too—it's awesome that you’re finding workouts you enjoy there! Everyone’s approach can be so unique, so it’s always interesting to hear what others are trying.
