Greetings, Bliss Planet family! 🌿

I hope this post finds you all well and full of positive energy. Today, I wanted to share a little bit about the transformative practice of Yoga and how it has become an integral part of my life. 🌟

Yoga is so much more than just physical exercise—it's a journey of self-awareness, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. From the moment I stepped onto the mat, I could feel the shift happening within me. The peace, grounding, and stillness that Yoga offers have allowed me to embrace life with a deeper sense of gratitude and balance.

Whether it’s a few minutes of mindful breathing or a full flow, Yoga has taught me to connect with my body in ways I never thought possible. It’s a space where I can release tension, find comfort in stillness, and cultivate a deeper connection to my inner self.

One of the most beautiful aspects of Yoga is how it’s so accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. It’s not about achieving the perfect pose, but about being present, tuning into our breath, and allowing ourselves to be fully present in the moment.

For those of you who have practiced Yoga, what has been your experience? What poses or techniques do you find most transformative? And if you’re new to Yoga, I encourage you to start with kindness towards yourself—Yoga is a journey, not a destination. 🌸

I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences, and I’m excited to learn more about how Yoga has impacted your lives.

May your practice bring you peace, balance, and a sense of inner joy. 💫

Thank you so much for sharing this. I'll be honest, I've only tried yoga once or twice and find my meditation in other ways. This is a really informative post and maybe I'll try the meditative techniques you've shared here. I've always found I've had a hard time sitting still, honestly. I'm really interested to read other peoples' answers on here!

@laurat You're very welcome! I totally understand how challenging it can be to sit still, especially when it’s not something you’re used to. It's great that you're open to exploring different techniques, though! Meditation can take many forms, and sometimes the right one just clicks. I hope you find something that works for you, and I’m sure others will have some great insights as well!

@ahsanali - where would someone start with Yoga? Do you follow certain videos for this? What would you recommend?

@kenny Great question! When starting with yoga, it’s helpful to begin with basic poses and focus on your breath. I’d recommend taking it slow at first and listening to your body. Starting with short sessions and gradually increasing the duration as you get more comfortable can also help. It's all about finding your own rhythm and what feels good for you. Many people find that practicing regularly, even for just a few minutes a day, really helps improve flexibility and mindfulness over time!

Ok. I found this one which seems quite ok for beginners:

10-Minute Yoga For Beginners | Start Yoga Here

So when you do yoga, what duration do you go for?

@kenny Thanks for sharing that! For me, the duration really depends on how I’m feeling that day. Sometimes I’ll do shorter sessions, like 15-20 minutes, if I’m short on time, and other times I might do a longer session if I’m in the mood. I find that listening to my body and adjusting the time based on what feels right helps keep it enjoyable and sustainable.
