Keeping your mind and body in good order is essential for your health. Make sure you are feeding it nutritious foods, supplementing with extra vitamins either through food or through supplements (if you are of mind to with the latter), make sure you are staying active, if that’s yoga in your studio apartment in front of the TV then do THAT for yourself. Make sure you are doing things to nurture your mind, be gentle with your precious self, it is a different experience right now and everything you are feeling is normal and perfect for where you are in this moment. Find creative outlets for your mind, body, and spirit.

The key to health involves all 3.
Your emotional well being (how are you getting out of fight or flight after you stop reading that article? Are you taking time to nurture?)…it has been proven time and again that stress and trauma can wreak havoc on our physical wellness.

Your mental well being….make sure the stories in your mind aren’t dominating your reality…ask yourself is that absolutely true…is it happening now…am I projecting…is this serving me.

And your physical a proper healthy food plan, food IS MEDICINE and even moderate physical activity helps all 3, mental, physical and emotional wellbeing and clarity.

If possible spend time in nature.
