How to Heal, Cure and Remove the 3 Dosha’s of Rajo, Sato, Tamo and Turiya Guna’s: Be Happy Philselfologically Part 20
The concept of exercise, yoga, meditation, music and the sound has better aspects when understand with little of common sense. The music goes from dance to singing and finally to the instrumental level while silence as the Samadhi is the goal. For example, the word “Ramu” has a body as if the eyes dance on it means read it.
The next easy thing that we speak it as if its, the word Ramu is music.
The instruments play it even when one listens to it with or without instruments.
Now, the noise is a heard noise from any possible source. However, it lacks what we need; it lacks the silence that only music can create. When we hear Ramu, the word musically, we go into the Samadhi, the state of inner silence; the listener, speaker and the word are one.
Then when we speak, read and write the Ramu, we feel it and go back into the Samadhi, the state of Divine Bliss, the Dynamic State of Peace and thus no action and reaction state of mind.
While the word Ramu in mind as its sound, image and in any other form in mind one may dance and still be in Samadhi is the same thing. However, due to differences it has on the body its names are given required priority.
When one dances, it’s the Tamo Guni means works on the biological part of the body.
When one sings, it’s the Rajo Guni means it works on the Heart or the Art Zone.
When one uses instrumental music as aid above; it’s the Sato Guni means it works on the Mind or Brain Zone.
In the Guna’s, we have these 3 as having the Dosha’s as none of it can go for the Whole Body as we say Holistic or Integrated Approach for Better Health and Wellness (Be Happy Philselfologically as we say at LD, the Life Dynamix). We need the Turiya Gun, which is the Awastha, the Dynamic Stage/State of the same body. The state and stage are popular terms as when we stage and what stage we have of our body.
In the Samadhi, one is at the Turiya State and thus the Awastha.
We can access to the state of Samadhi from any Guna, but it’s the approach which differs but not the results. For example its well said here:
“These Dosh’a are called the sins in the Yoga (the actual word is YOG), and by Practice, the Abhiayasa, we may remove it: “Pranava (OM) should be chanted with three Matras (prolonged intonations). This is for the destruction of the former sins. The Mantra, Pranava, destroys all obstacles and all sins (the sins in simple English language). By practising this he obtains the `Arambha Avastha’ (the beginning or first stage). The body of the Yogi begins to perspire. When it perspires he should rub it well with the hands. The trembling of the body also occurs. He sometimes jumps like a frog.” (With thanks from the source: http://sivanandaonline.org/public_html/?cmd=displa… )
The Practical Philosophy that we may call Philselfology helps for getting the Turiya State without disturbing what one believes and practices say Tamo Guni, the Dances or Physical Movements; the Rajo Guni, the Creative Arts as Music and other that influence the Heart Zone; the Sato Guni, the major theories, approaches, and thus the methodologies of yoga, meditation and the spiritualism.
Lastly, the Turiya or Divine, the Subtle Form of Ramu, the word and the sound has its own level that we all share with the rest of the natural world and the company of each guna’ in an easy and proper ways helps to get it, and thus Be Happy Philselfologically.
Art of Ascending or the Charadi Kala: When we descend from the Turiya to 3 Guna’s, we naturally acquire the dosha’s that create sinful or urges that are the mal, the dosha’s of that food or the anamaya or the other kosha’s attached to that level.
If we want understand it, when we descend from the Turiya or the state of Sacred Darshana, we want to bring back that experience in the mind and thus its the Sato Guni Dosha. It is nothing but torturing of mind and the brain. When we still come down as the Rajo Guni level, we want to hear and see the sounds and colors and if we do not find it, we mostly upset the heart zones and start to cry like a child or kid, and it seems to be the Rajo Guni Dosha. When we further come down or descend, we find the worst of all, we want to see one’s deity physically present and if we do not see; we may torture one may start to torture the human body as the Ravna would do! The last one is the Tamo Guni Dosha.
Even while trying to ascend, we do the similar mistakes at Tamo Guni level, we are forceful means physically almost abusing to go to higher or spiritual level. While ascending to and from Rajo Guni level, one starts to sing or use creative arts emotionally means using arts forcefully otherwise, one starts to cry and laugh! From the Sato Guni, one wants the Drish or Sacred Vision while doing meditation and forceful focusing means mental torturing. However, the Turiya level is always feeling the Presence that is the highest possible and without any effort as one feels the presence of the self!
The results it thus produced gives downfall say from the Turiya to sato, Rajo and Tamo Guni and thus the Avtarna, the difficulties to ascend back to the Higher or Turiya levels. These dosha can be managed with good quality of food, music and thus the overall life style as is in the natural lifestyle like the Ayurveda:
For example, Lord Shiva is the Lord for the physical, the labor or manual works of any kind is said to have Tamo Guni Dosha as Brahma for mental works of any kind, the Rajo Guni and the Lord Vishnu for religious works at spiritual/yoga and other levels of philosophy and or at least the spiritual levels and thus having the Sato Guni Dosha as it says when someone has answered it wonderful way: “http://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100122050342AAKkS4n”
This is an example of putting Indian or Ancient Philosophies into practical by Swaadhaya, the Philselfology, and thus Be Happy Philselfologically! For example, please read the following paragraph and let us see how we become an expert by simply reading a paragraph, and the paragraph is as below:
You see, the alternative medicines are the most primitive and natural ways of diagnosing illness, treatments and all of the theoretical uses for health care.
It does not use chemicals as medicines, which initially seem beneficial, but later on harm the human body, as well as other living things including the animals, birds, plants and even the five basic elements, namely the solid (earth), liquid, air, fire and space.
The chemicals as atoms, molecules and any other form of compound gain 3 dosha’s naturally:
1. The electric charge and its the Tamo Guni as it creates the Tama means desire to take action or indulge in any reaction. Its because of gravity that electric charges affect in any form
2. The magnetic charge and as its the Rajo Guni and creates any electric or magnetic reaction only if it seems worth reaction means action and reaction based on certain conditions
3. The electromagnetic change and its most likely in between the Rajo, and Sato in most cases as it is fully contented energy in the human body
Now, these 3 dosha’s produce a combined vital living effects based on the transitions these follow and as a system it is power based on the summing up of all energies in the human body. This energy reflectively works as power that generates as if feedback to what one feeds to body, the tamo, to the fluid systems that influence the heart zones as the rajo and the sato as what one likes and dislikes in the world of religions and faiths that offer either sato or higher as the turiya. The total summing-up is what we call life energies, the power that we can always increase with the bir ras, the proper secretion of the pineal gland.
The spiritual masters usually reintroduce or reinforce the fundamentals of the bir ras as must for the bravery be kept alive and thus the following is a good asana for gaining pineal gland give the best:
In the Hath Yoga Traditions, only the Head Priests used to sit in the Bir Asana. Most of yogis cannot sit in the bir asana when their senior or the mahant, the head priest is sitting visibly anywhere. The bir asana is as if sitting in the chair! So, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji took inititives to stop this practice in India and wherever Indian Religions and Faiths are practiced. It was so opposed that it broke into wars with the Himalayan Kings who followed this tradition.
They raged against Guru Ji’s this sense of equity, but now world understands it what Tenth Sikh Guru Ji gave to human civilization that explains as for health and wellness as discussed here and as shown below:
“There is a centuries old Punjabi physical exercise known as ‘Dand-Baithak’ (Push-ups) which was being practised in ‘Mal-Akharas’ (wrestling arenas) of 2nd Guru Shri Guru Angad Dev Ji also. While carrying out ‘Dand’, posture of ‘Bhujang-Asan’ is formed.”
When ‘Dand’ and ‘Bhujang-Asan’ are combined and added to ‘Bir-Asan Bandna’, the resulting composite exercise is known as ‘Bir-Asan Namastang’.” (With thanks from source and that is in depth reseraching and presenation here: http://gurmatyoga.com/yoga%20and%20food.html )
In other words, the above 3 dosa’s due to gravity and thus the mal dosha. The mal means that follows the gravity that our body has and thus the solid constitutes what we know as the Aanamayi Kosha liquid the Manomayi Kosha, air does the Praynamayi Kosha, fire goes to Vigyanamayi Kosha and the space seem to create the Anandmayi Kosha. Now, these Kosh’a can be created in various formats and if one wants to know its better to do Swaadhaya as its never right to learn from the clues even if given by experts as it seem to make one think, feel and thus assume and believe that is an expert, and if one want to be, please also view this video:
The conclusion, which we can derive for the significance, need and importance of the alternative medicines, is very clear from the organic farming–which is in principle the way which we use the alternative medicines.
Note: “Exercises do not offer activities higher than the motor nerves, but yoga offers the easygoing marathon of the body as the Asana to the highest level of the mental activities, as in the stages higher than the Asana, such as the posture known as the Pranayama: concentration, meditation; and the Samadhi, the highest level of concentration. Yoga prepares one for long marathon of life, while remaining healthy throughout life. Thus, exercises alone do not compare to yoga.” (An extract from the article: http://yoga.knoji.com/how-to-understand-the-differ… )
