In the world, people know how to live or leave. However, we notice that most of us leave when our character and integrity is questioned by time. We all are having the same problems but when its matter of majority, we may at times think and feel that sociology has failed. In our practical life, we need a practical approach to resolve the problems rather than just knowing and analyzing it. Should we simply say its Be Happy Philselfologically, and art of living for sociology has a big question that we can never make a bid for as long as we have we have our conscience alive.
I have not been able to see a family better than as Mohan Singh, his brothers Balbir Singh (Beeru) and Jagdeep Singh (Deepa) and others living in Ludhiana; as we all in Punjab and India have manufactures and have seen the death of their works when they needed work. We may be anything but those who live it are the life of society and we can take care of it in every vicinity of the world as world is now a small village only.

In my visiting to Ludhiana from 1990’s, I have seen and experienced how an honest family has gone workless and thus their characters questioned in the courts and otherwise everything sold.
With Mohan Singh and his brothers Balbir Singh and Jagdeep Singh, I have had long discussions about how the solid iron to scrap of it has put almost all manufactures in the world into series trouble. The excessive flow of raw iron to China and some other countries seem to have harmed the manufactures most. It surely have made Asian Market a static one as all things turned into electrical to electronics. Here electrical means what potatoes are as the raw, and electronics means the potato chips.
In other words, those, who dwelled on the raw iron and up to ones who dwelled on the scarp as the chips turned into sudden electronics leading to massive productions that may harm the earth system almost permanently. So, we discussed about how the Indian manufacturers in the productions can solve this problem. We have had many up to late night meetings at their home at Ludhiana.
Mohan Singh’s high logic and discerning as that of his brothers took long discussions into results that Indian Manufacturers can solve the problem by focusing on the scrap rather than the metal. We still communicate about these resolutions. However, due to economic and the financial crises, it may take bit longer to put all it into practical as if Philselfology of Business and Manufacturing.
The Pure Philosophy is an abstract thing for the character building as the set ethics, morals and values are in the spiritual world. If one is just honest, we can not give a job where qualification and merit matters. So all of it does not working in the practical and real life so Philselfology always has been a need. So, the research works on the Practical or Applied form of any subject seem more important than talking about the eternity of the pure form as these really never change.
Though its not matter of politics, after Independence of India in 1947, and perhaps after death of Mahatma Gandhi many people in India slowly seem to have left chanting of Ram! Ram! This is the most philosophical approach for economy and business to chant it as we have discussed in the previous parts of this series on Be Happy Philselfologically:
