Everything you experienced in your life is all your own perception. Maybe you say to yourself bad things happend to me and that is why I am the way that I am today. You are just creating more unwanted things to come to you. What is best is to shift your thoughts on to all of the good things to create more good things. Your perception of yourself is only a momentary thing. Your perception changes probably more often than you change clothes. If we know that our perception can easily be changed. How about we start changing it. Believe in good things in life. Believe that you are good and believe that your body is healthy, believe that goodness and beauty support you and life is getting better and better.

I suffered from postpartum depression after giving birth, I went from one prescription to the next. Nothing worked. I sot out my own path to healing my mind and body. I found that a diet full of fruits and vegetables mostly raw has kicked started my mind to a higher consciousness and give my body the nutrients it needed to become healthy and energized. I have a deep passion for people. I dream of a healthier loving world. My goal is to save life's. I want to share what I know and what I will learn in the future with others.
