Scientific and Mathematical World of Native or Desi Festivals: Be Happy Philselfologically Series Part 19
The Indian and other native festivals are part of Vedic, the most scientific and philosophical works that align from earth to the rest of the universe.
The earth is the frame of reference that one cannot distorted and thus the scientific and mathematical calculations based on the solid grounds of studies of the universe and other systems present on earth and where we visit in the solar system and elsewhere as all systems are equally well at all other places than the earth; say the Moon and the Mars.
For example, the Sankranti in India has a great significance:
“Our life on the earth has very a unique and special relation with the Sun, such that our physical body and its vitality and radiance are definitely helpful for our spiritual growth and development. The philosophy of religions and metaphysics in particular, though the Eastern or Indian Philosophy in general, greatly gives metaphysically diversified meanings, effects, impact and influences of the transition of the Sun through twelve signs of the zodiac.
These zodiac signs are, namely as:
1. Aries,
2. Taurus,
3. Gemini,
4. Cancer,
5. Leo,
6. Virgo,
7. Libra,
8. Scorpio,
9. Sagittarius,
10. Capricorn,
11. Aquarius and
12. Pisces.
The day when the Sun passes from one zodiac sign to the next is called Sankranti (in Hindi) or Sangrand (in Punjabi).
This day bears a deep mystical, spiritual, religious and the relevant cultural, traditional and social belief and faith attributed in Indian Civilization and the world over representing humanity metaphorically. Mysticism, the valuable part of Metaphysics, and Astrology, all over the world, are also based on these transitions of the Sun.
In all these attributes, the Sun is symbolized as the Soul (Atma). At the same time, the Moon is symbolized as the Heart, or Emotions (Mann).
In the Indian calendar, the Native (Desi) months, each one runs for the duration between transitions of the Sun from one sign of the zodiac to the next. Like when the Sun transits from the Pisces to Aries, on that day the month of Vaisakh begins, the very day when the Vaisakhi, Birthday of the Khalsa is also celebrated.
The months from Vaisakh (Taurus Month), not as Aries Month (15th March-15 April) that starts in the Western Astrology . We are putting this as these proceed in Indian and Western systems of Astrology.
For example, the Vaisakh, represented as Vaisakh (Aries-Taurus Month) means that Aries is Indian System, but Taurus in the Western System (the Indian System is one Sign behind the Western System. Thus, a person born as Leo in the Western System of Astrology is of sign Cancer in the Indian Sun System of Signs), and thus accordingly we learn these as follows:
1. Vaisakh (Aries-Taurus Month),
2. Jeth (Tarurs-Gemini Month),
3. Ashaad (Haarh) (Gemini-Cancer Month),
4. Sawan (Caner-Leo Month),
5. Bhadron (Bhadon) (Leo-Virgo Month),
6. Assu (Virgo-Libra Month),
7. Katak (Libra-Scorpio Month),
8. Maghar (Scorpio-Sagittarius Month),
9. Poh (Sagittarius-Capricorn Month),
10. Magh (Capricorn-Aquarius Month),
11. Phalgun (Phagun) (Aquarius-Pisces Month),
12. Chet (Pisces-Aries Month);
Thus, each starting on the respective Sangrand.
All of the Indian religions celebrate the Sangrand, the day of transition of the sun from one sign to the next every month by takinga holy bath (Ishnaan) in the sarovers (pond near the holy place or pilgrimmage where water is stored for the Ishnaan) and holy rivers, or even at home.” (An extract from an article at Knoji: ‘http://astrologyguide.knoji.com/how-astrology-is-explained-in-the-sikhism-and-gurba ni-for-holistic-growth-a-spiritual-way-for-rituals-and- festivals/’
On this day the lunar dates and that of the sun and that of the sun signs, the dates of the constellations has a special alignment that we cannot alter based on any possible calculation in the world. If we give alternatives that may harm the scientific research works among and in the native Indians, and the academic places that follow the Indian and Ancient systems, which are surely scientific.
However, the celebrations on the Sunday and or Friday are pious in nature as are most of other local calculations to solve the social problems in most of our cities in the world.
However as the native, the desi and the tribal people follow it from ages without ever failing in it as was the case when the Tsunami’s and they save people, and other species. If we disturbed it, we may have to rely on the machines and the computers that may never give the ideal research orientated results as nature is a chaos to those, who seem to ignore the scientific approach while using the technical approach to the natural world.
These scientific and mathematical studies help individuals wherever they go and dwell, and thus it’s a form of applied researches that we may call the practical philosophy and or Philselfology.
Be Happy Philselfologically means and stands for these natural, but scientific studies and research works anywhere in the world.
For example, the reasons people do good works on these days and or the occasions gives more effects of the congregation and that of the universe. So, Scientific and Mathematical World of Native or Desi Festivals: Be Happy Philselfologically Series Part 19

Appeal: Let the Masters EM Energies Have Their Credits Lest Practitioners Make Them Patients as they can give better results for anything they could have done as even far better results for free and their waves, vibrations and energies and powers misused or abused most of the time in many parts of the world as it seems to be as modern technology does not seem to understand it. They can be any age, and when anyone shows disrespect to them, they feel highly abused and feel to die due to high level of self-respect and the feelings of shame, and that is not surely sadness and depression, but a serious matter of insult to any individual of any age and anywhere in the world.
We may bow to them instead of keeping our heads high due to power, position or penny one have. We hope it helps as it does too to the silent sufferer of martials arts, the master or a coach. Alas! Alas! When they shout, feel annoyed and alas when they ever yell or cry! Thanks to the suffering, and the sufferers, we all salute to them!
Its one of the major reasons that on these occasions the good works are done for greater good as people collect positive credits that are universal or natural and use it to bless, reward or curse, punish others as the native people do: “Messages from people where rivers flow with sounds of currents and sounds of mantras: The mantras in a given language that is native produces the results, the good and bad effects to the native people, and it remains for many generations. This is how mantras help the tribal people and families for many generations and they keep their great grandparents alive in their memories and thus the memory banks.
These Reiki Powers and Energies need not to be checked or addressed with any criticism or negative attitude whatsoever. This is the best what the Himalayan Civilizations guide and teach and even to the Africans; the native and tribal people living anywhere in the world, who believe in the curses, the collected negative waves and vibrations from any.one in the natural world and blessings, and thus the positive waves and vibrations.”
If we examples from our personal life its Philselfology of Personal Life. For example, I may be able to just say that meeting certain person is auspicious to someone and to someone else it may bring negative credits in life. When I was studying in Australia, I was walking with my friend Sione Koloi in the Rundle Mall, where we would go almost everyday. One day one of my music teachers, whom I respected due to high level of talent suddenly appeared in front of us, and I just wished or greeted with courtesy, but as soon she left, Sione said, “Never meet her again outside the temple in your life,” I asked why but he looked into my eyes and it was the first and only incident where we understood what are called the calamities.
We all had a common teacher of music, Bhai Daya (Dya) Singh Ji of Adelaide whom I used to go to listen to his mystic and spiritual Kirtan as he has something special in his voice that if he would not come to sing in the Sikh Temple, Adelaide, I would feel sad. I have been listening to him for 2 years continuously and from his brother I took a cassette of shabad’s of Zakhmi Brothers and tried to invent new tunes. I used to visit Daya Singh Ji and it was for the first time that I took Hukamnana, the reading of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji at his home and I was really blessed. He is father of 3 daughters, and Jamila is the eldest who sits for fasting during the Christmas days in December.(http://teenandyouthinlife.blogspot.in/2010/10/who-are-my-music-teachers-from.html)
Then I came back to India and went to Gobind Sadan, New Delhi and there Giani Ji, a disciple of Baba Virsa Singh Ji said that there are some negative energies chasing my career and life and that was due to my interactions at the Sikh Temple, the Gurudwara in Adelaide. They relatives of the music teacher approached me for paying the fee for University of Adelaide, as Mr. Christopher Singh Mooney told me, but I refused as my conscious did not allow. However, the Giani Ji said that it was not an end as I would be approached with marriage proposals and if the music teacher due to interest happens to marry me she will be assassinated as someone will kill her with a pistol.
I said I have nothing to do with it, but they said its not at all my fault. The same was told by the Vaishnu Mata, the Durga, the Goddess of Vegetarians in the Chonki that its true. The same was told by mother’s younger sister from Shri Ganga Nagar!
Then the Swami Ji from Gayatari Parivar, Haridwara said at the Kali Mata Mandir that someone from foreign may approach me against my wishes and if such marriage ever takes place, it will be calamity for all. He said just reading my face. I was amazed, and still do not know about it! However, I believe in such mystical things.
It was an example where we may say God’s Will works not that of what humans alone think!
A Prayer is an Example:

We will discuss more about it in the next part!
