Sometimes having less means being more. In our world of commercialism and high mass production, we are programmed to having more and more than what is healthy for our bodies and the environment. At the rate we are using the environment, mother nature can no longer keep up with our pace. We should not only worry about having more and more but should start worrying about simplifying our lives and have less and less. For starters we can begin by worrying about loving more and being more instead of worrying about having more and more yet become less and less of a person. Yes we can become successful in accumulating more and more goods and yet also in the end also accumulate stress and ill health. The more we add, the less we become.
