With my every breath, with my every heart beat,
I celebrate Life and death as they eternally meet,
Each moment my old cells die, as new ones are reborn
In an unending cycle of beauty and mystery the powers adorn
With every pain in my heart, a new joy will start
It refreshes my soul and in the end make me whole
With every failure in my life, with every strife,
A lesson is learned though it cuts like a knife.
I court the darkness to bring out the light
I experience the sin, to know grace in blight
I live in the moment to see eternity there,
I lose my direction so that i can know where
My life is a dance for death, who watches me with every breath
My death will be a celebration of life, a triumph over strife
Only by knowing death will i know life fully
Only by living life fully, will i learn to embrace death truly.!:smile:
