I wake up and see my hands and wonder why
I am here in this place as time goes by
Alone in the universe i am here left by the wave
For another adventure life has delivered me out of my cave
To dream to fight to love with all my might.
To believe in beauty and stand for the right
To give myself to the world in reckless abandon
To know my time is limited and yet smile with infinite delight.
In time the wind will blow again in another direction
And lift up my spirit into a new dimension
To remember my self once again and learn the lesson
In our eternal pilgrimage on the ways of compassion.
