Whatever, you can do, to ensure, proceeding, with a greater degree of self – esteem, is usually, in your best – interests! After, over four decades, of conducting hundreds of personal growth/ self – help/ development seminars, to thousands of people, I strongly believe, those, who, truly, feel GOOD, about themselves, have the best chance, to proceed, with the greatest degree of personal fulfillment! Henry Ford is believed to have said, You can believe you can, or can’t. Either way, you’ll be correct. Basically, the essence of this is, whatever the mind, can perceive and conceive of, a person can achieve! With, that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why, wise individuals, pay keen attention to this.

1. Goals; growth; goodwill: Most people feel better, when they prioritize goodwill, and giving – back, to society, something of significance, and value! When, you are older, and look back, on your life, what might be, the summary statement? Are your goals, truly, yours, and are they the best ones, for you? Take the time, and make a concerted effort, to give yourself, a check – up, from the neck – up, and attempt to have a clear, objective, introspective – look, at, what makes you, tick! One must, constantly, undergo, meaningful, relevant, growth, seeking to be better, and the best, he can be, or, probably, will end – up, not being, personally, satisfied, and fulfilled!

2. Objectives; organized; original; It is generally, far – better, to be, the best, original – you, than any copy/ clone, of someone else! The better you know, and understand your objectives, and potential ramifications/ implications, you, probably, will find, achieving your finest options, most viable! Don’t proceed, haphazardly, but, rather, do so, in a well – considered, organized way!

3. Obstacles; open – mind; options; optimal: When confronted with obstacles, winners perceive them, as challenges, to overcome, while others, consider them, as problems! When one perceives a challenge, he is more apt, to proceed, forward, to address them! He must avoid restricting himself, by remaining within the self – imposed restraints of his personal comfort zone, and rather, most proceed, with an open – mind, considering various, potentially – viable, options and alternatives! Instead of settling for good – enough, the happiest people, reduce their stresses, by demanding, their utmost degree of personal excellence, and the optimal approaches, and results!

4. Delve deeply; dare; deliver; discover: Go beyond, the surface, and delve deeply, into your choices, and the potential ramifications, etc! Dare to be your best, by discovering, more about yourself, and what, makes you happiest, and proceed, to deliver, your personally, finest efforts, with endurance and persistence!

If you really, want to feel GOOD, about yourself, it is important to commit to taking all the necessary actions, and to commit, to become your personal best! Are you, up to all the tasks?
