We can control and pause the naturally working and operating auto-run systems of human brains and that of the other living species is based on the Sacred Dimensions of Universe run by Shakti, the Energy, and thus anyone may do it, but the World Sacred Theories say that all of living ones, the “Prani’s” live and obey the biorhythms of the sacred universe in which we live, and thus all need freedom, dignity and respect to follow this Natural and Sacred Dimensions of Power, the Rama, Shiva or God, and this is the Base and the Basics of Indian Ayurveda Living Civilizations, the Perfect and Pure Biorhythms Lifestyles and thus the Indian Metaphysical, Mystic and the Metaphors that follow the Sacred Math, Science and Arts, the Arti of the Universe, which as Shri Guru Nanak and other Masters of Indian and World Religions say is the “Bhanna”, the Sacred Ionization of Life Elements that our Sacred Universe governs as the “Hukam”, the “Order”, “Law”, and is the “Sacred Vowel Theory and Systems based on it”, and thus the “Verbal Vedas” common among everything that exists, and thus the Prani Matter, the things that depend on Sacred Light, Matter, and Sound. The Sacred Indian and the Other World Civilizations have studied it say in the following manner:
The Indians and other people who have been using the Art of Sacred Meditation as the 6th Dimension and then getting the knowledge and wisdom of the universe naturally, and as we know it; the Sacred Vedas have put all of the Sacred Astronomical Studies in which the 5 Dimensions are of Astrology, which is the study of Solar and the Star Systems in the Universe, and its daily relation to life on earth systems. Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the Founder of Sikhism has put it as the 4 Khanda’s of Shakti and the 5th Power Khanda, the Electric and Magnetic Unions as the Electromagnetic Divisions, the Khanda’s. These Sacred Divisions as the Electromagnetic Divisions, the Khanda Theory, which Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji has also proposed as the Khanda Theory of the Sacred Universe is described in the Japji Sahib as follows:
1. Dharma Khanda: It is the Earth Systems in the Universe as the Dhara, the Earth Electromagnetic Systems.
2. Gyana Khanda: Here the “Gyana” is same as the “G”+”Ayan”, and its the “Gravity Managements by the Moon Systems, which manage the “Gyana, the Knowledge, the Vidya and thus the Veda Systems on every Earth System through the Moon Systems, and its called the “Moon as the Sacred Husband to the Sacred Constellations”.
3. Sarma Khanda (Also spelled as the Sharma Khanda): The Sun Systems are the “S”+”Rama”, which is the Centers of the Universes as the “Bindu’s”, the “S”, the Swaibhanga Light that comes from the Most Common Source of Sacred Light as the “Ra”, and thus the “Rama”, the “Ma” means present as the sound energies after getting conversion from light into sound energies when coming from the center of the universe as the light and thus the “E=M*C*C”
4. Karma Khanda: The “K” is based on the “Shakti”, the Electric Systems of the Universe and it embraces all stars as the “Signs, the Rashi and the Nakshtra, the Constellation Chakra’s”.
From 1st to 4th Sacred Divisions, it is the Description of the Sacred 8 Dimensions of Force, which is based on Matter and the Sound Energies. It is well discussed in the Japji Sahib written by Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji as its How the Sacred Universe works inside us and a very simple and very good explanation is given in an online article:

1. Baikri Bani- When one recites naam with javan(tongue), hout(lips), khaieyal(thoughts) that is called Baikari Bani.
2. Madhma Bani- When one recites naam in Kant(throat) without moving lips…just with the thoughts is called Madhma Bani.
3. Pasanti Bani- When one recites naam in hirda(heart).
4. Para Bani- When one recites naam in Nabhi(Navel) without moving tongue and with the thoughts.
Above all these 4 stages of bani is called Anhad Shabad. Simran happens with stoping the birthi/dhyaan in third eye chakar which is located between two eyes then above that is place of Trikurti and then above that there is Dasam Dwara where there is soo much light(roshani) and where anhad dhuni is playing..it can’t be described only feeling ..then above dasam dwara there is sorat sachkhand where this atam gets merged and take nivas.
Abhyasi of Surat Shabad with the help of surat gained these khands.. with the help of Vahiguroo Simran surat travels through many chakars and eventually returns to the final destination. These many chakras are in human body..on them one stops their surat(concentration) and moves up to the final destination. Up to this level, the divisions, which are the sacred divisions of our human body, it is the “Theory of Mana”, the Mann, and thus “Mann Jeete Jag Jeet” (Japji Sahib): “Winning, the Becoming of “Wanga”, the King or Queen of the Body, and thus is the Sacred Inner Visualization, One Wins the Jag, the Joga or the Yoga, and thus the Yong”, and is thus able to do the Sacred Brain Editing! The word “Win” and “Wana” has the roots that means “Wear it in Real Life as the “Bhagya+wana”, the “Who Keeps by accepting and bearing it as the “Win” or “Wana” as the “Win” is the “W” with “In” as the “Wang”, “W”+”Ang” the King who wears the duty and the order, which in the Hindi, Punjabi and Sanskrit languages as most of the other world languages is the accepting the truths as the scientific, the “wah” or “wa”, the “wang” and thus the “Sachu” as the “Sa+Chi” with list of numerous spiritual names say the “Sa-chi”, the “Queen of Gods” as the “Yong”, the “Yog”, and one of the most popular term of Asian Languages, the “Jang”, which means the “Martial Arts and the Yong” or “Sachu, the Sacred Knowledge, the Wisdom and the Yong, the Jang”. Thus, by simply accepting the Sacred Yong, Jog, Jang, and thus the 8-Sacred Dimensions of Force, the Energy Conversions by 64 Sacred Methods of I-Ching,and thus the “Ching as the King” as the “Ching is same as the Singh, the Lion that is a Symbol of Shakti, the Sacred 8 Dimensions of Force in Indian Civilizations” , and thus one can easily live the “Nirvana State Inside, and thus the 4th Sacred Dimension of the Human Consciousness!”
Now, the next is the Dasam Dwara, the World of “An” and “Ing”, the “OM”, and thus the Nasal Sounds with “N”, “M”, and others, and its what the 10 Sacred Vowels are, and the Nine Doors are the Nine Sacred Vowels, and the 10th always goes with “N” and “M”, and thus is the “Theory of Nama”, and it is the “Light of the Center of the Universe as the “Sachkhanda, the Eternal Abode of Shabada as the Sacred Vowels, the Swara of “N” and “M”, which we see at the Top of OM as the “Bindu” on it, which is the “Light of the Universe”, and thus the “Sachkhanada” as the Center of Atom when having Balanced Ionization.
5. Sachkhanda: This is the Division of Light that spreads into the universe, and it has the “Bhagat”, the Aligned Earth, Moon and the Star Systems that reach as from Matter into Light Conversion through sound and the vice-versa, and thus it has all the 8 Sacred Dimensions of the Power, and we usually never discuss the Theories of Energy Conversions in it, but as the Abode of the “Nirankara”, the Sound and Light Systems, and thus no presence of matter conversion and thus is same as the “Nucleus in the Atoms and the Molecules”, and the Atom alone is the 8 Sacred Dimensional Power Holder as is the Protons and the Neutrons, and this very power system is the “Anka” System. 5. The Constellation, the Nakshtra, the Fifth Dimension: The Constellations are the 27 or with a smaller Abhijit Constellation as the 28 Constellations, the Nakshtra
The above is the Loh-Ging (compass) made in the “Han” Dynasty 漢朝 which is used for navigation and checking out the directions and all the other informations. The Sacred Chinese Civilization presents the Universe with the Bigger Center, the Sachkhanda that gives better outlook how universe stands in the Space as the great “Gong Sounds and the Voices” that we get beating all the drums all over the world! The point that we need to pay serious attention to all world martial arts is that no matter where we all use the Sounds of Chi Energy as we know it as the Yin and the Yang, which is purely based on the Balance of Inner Energy, the Focus inside related to Movements of the Body in the same as the Indians say the Mantra Sounds of the Kundalini are related to the Asana and the Pranayama and in slow process, the “Sh” is “Sah” or simply S in all civilizations and where the martial art or the physical activity say playing of instruments at the religious places in India is more, we have the “Sh” instead of “S” as in Indian Civilizations and when still easy going life is there we have the all variations of “S” with say “Sa to Sz”. Thus the Chinese based Sacred Sounds give great Healthcare though Sound and Physical Moments, which thus gives the Light, and thus the “Mana and “Nama” Theories accordingly.
I must add that the Japanese Systems of Astronomy and Astrology are the finest when we consider why it has been the most advanced countries as we say the developed country of Asia, and no wonder most of the world civilizations including Indian Sacred Systems still need to include this Sacred Extension as there are 28 Divisions of the Sacred Systems of India say, but almost no work seem to have been done on it as I noticed online and in my research works of Be Happy Philselfologically. These 5 Sacred Dimensions influence the humans and life in any form as it influences the 5 Elements, the Tattva as in Indian People say: Astrology, the Force of 5 Dimensions influences the Matter. In India, the Matter is called the Mattra, which means the Exact Resultant of Any Given Quantity, the Mattra, and in the words we speak it influences how the “Mattra” influences what we say and hear. “M” is the Sound Energy Conversion of Mattra, the Matter into Light Energy, and the “Tra”, the level of Static (Aadhi-bhotic, related to physical level), Kinetic (Aadhi-daivic, related to flow of energies the matter) and Dynamic (Aadhi-aatmic, related to ionic levels and the ionization that any atom, molecule or compound does as the matter forms),and thus the 3 levels of the given “Mattra” of the Sacred Atoms as the Sacred Constituents of the Molecules.

The words we speak or hear thus influence our natural human physical, molecular and electronic as the aadhi-bhotic, daivic and the aatmic interactions are most influenced by words as we have discussed:
“Thus the Solution, the Mann, solute, the Maan, the Ego solvent, Rasa’s the Bhoga’s and thus Tastes and the Moods and the Glands, the Centers of the Rasa are nothing but what we call the Mann. It is the Set of Virtual but Scientific Emotions that constitute as the Creative Intelligence and thus our having it as our Mann, and all using it have higher ego and we need to recognize as the need of self-respect. It has the corresponding solvents, the agents in the process of solution and diluting the 5 major layers of it that are having the various resistances and the highest constitutes the ego, ahankar, the lower to it is the moha an attachment to the audio and video files that one wants to keep it as its, the still lower resistance is the lobha, the desire to collect more of liked and even the disliked audio and video files, and lower to it is the zone or sphere of the krodha, the anger the set of action files with audios and videos that one recollects and does the resembling action and reactions when we say please have peace of mind and one starts to beat us! lol
The last of all is the easy to go resistance and that is the file works of audio and video files of human desires and wishes that we know as the kama, and together with the set 5 networks of kama, krodha, lobha, moha and ahankara, the consonants have what we know the Scientifically Virtual World that we know as the Mann, and none can control it without what:
“A, E, I, O, U”, and just a little correction in the English Grammars can make a big difference in the human civilizations as we say in the Punjabi that we have the “An” before all words that start with O, A, E, and rest is a story as told by Mr. Nachhtar Singh Ji, our English Teacher of English in 9th Grade in 1984 taught us as he says remember the Punjabi Vowels of O, A, E and put An to all when these vowels represent any word of English Languages.
Thus, the English Grammars need to have the following as the 6 Divine Vowels:
“Aa, AA, Ee, I, O, U” that means to say as: “AA EE OO” or “A AA E EE O OO”, and this is the easiest possible way to describe vowels in English and other western languages, and thus the Set of Six Divine Vowels: “A AA E EE O OO””

It has the “Shabada” as its roots and the Shabada has the same channels as if we write it as the “Swai+Bindu” means as Indian Darshana, the Philosophies say that everything has its own origin and that is from the “Bindu”, the “Beda”, and thus simply the “Bada”, and the “S” is usually taken from the “Swayambhoo”, the “Saibhanga” Sacred Dimensions and thus when we use the “Shabada” on any Sacred Dimensions, we use its Sacred Verbal Reference as “OM” as the Sacred Root gives the “Omnkara”, which means that at the Sacred Dimension of “OM”, we have the “Kara”, the Conversion of Sound Energies to Light Energies. Thus, the “Shabada” is the Self-operating Bindu, and we have its Sacred Dimensions from any “Bindu” into the 16 Sacred Dimensions with which we can construct the Complete Human and the Vedic, the Word Based Sound, Light and Matter, the Mattra Energies and thus the Sacred Powers. It is the base of Indian Classical Knowledge and Wisdom of Indian and Other Sacred Civilizations, which gives Omniscience from the “OM” as the “Sway or Swai Bindu”, and please not we can not see the “Sway”, the “Swai” as it is what sees the “The Sacred Bindu Inside”, and thus its also called the “Param Purukha” in all of us. Beyond the 3 Guna and the Dosha, we see the “Param Purukha”, and says Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji: “… Tab Hi Aatam Tat Ko Darsai Param Purukh Kah Pavai…” (By leaving the 3 Guna and thus its 3 Dosha’s, one can feel and experience the sacred presence of the Param Purukha, which he says is the “Anubhao Saroope”, the Existence which one can feel only!”
