My wellness message is to treat yourself how you wish to be treated. How I treat others is a reflection of how I treat myself. Our relationship to others is vital for a thriving community anywhere. To give of yourself to yourself and the fountain of abundance is to be given to others, being of service to others. If you try to give to someone that which you do not have or have much of, you’re creating energetic debt. You’ll become tiresome feeling the harshness of life that you’ve inflicted upon yourself unknowingly or knowingly. Authentically being of service to others is the richest of the riches because you’re functioning from source which is perceived as and unlimited means of energy, rather than the mindset of having to create it all and do it all yourself with minimal outsourcing, which is perceived as a limited source of energy that can be depleted at any moment.
When I intake a solid or liquid substance for nutrition I’ll survey if what I’d like to eat or drink will have a positive impact before (thinking about it), during (while ingesting), and after (how I feel post ingestion). This allows me to become super conscious of what it has to offer and how I respond to it. How you think and feel when you ingest has ramifications in how your body utilizes the nutrients which directly affects your health (physical, psychological, and energetic health). In any lifestyle transition I enjoy focusing on adding in which shines the spotlight on what I do want, rather than taking away by giving attention to what I don’t want. By adding in what you do want, what you’ve realized you do not want will fall away on it’s own without your efforts to eradicate it.
