I like to think we are all co-creators sharing a cosmic dance with something to offer everyone we encounter. When we feel our best engagements are sweetest. I do my best to feel my best, for when I feel my best…I have the most to offer others.

For a long time, my days were dominated by the constant, agonizing spasms of a painful condition called Spasmodic Torticollis. It was difficult to feel well, and the pain became a familiar, unwanted companion. In that place of struggle, I chose to focus on what I could do to feel my best. I nurtured positivity and wellness until the pain’s hold began to soften, and my body found a much more blissful rhythm. Gentle spasms still visit, but pain no longer holds my attention. Now, I look back and understand. Had I not walked through profound pain on my life’s journey, I could never have known the enchanted depth of Bliss. This life, this wild, beautiful adventure, feels all the more precious because of what it took for its discovery. My experience with pain led me to understand how truly precious this grand adventure called life is, unlocking a brilliant appreciation for every moment I am gifted.

I wish to inspire others to create a life they enjoy.
Life is what we make of it… Every day is a gift meant for a celebration with all our senses. Whatever challenges we have, there are others out there living exceptional lives with even greater ones. I feel that the Source that brought us into form lives and breathes through us and we through it, and when we embrace all our moments with Gratitude, we honor life. And when we nourish our mind, body, and spirit, we are better able to navigate through life in harmony.

Our Unique Perspectives
We are all on different mountain tops. I may see a little of my neighbor’s view, but I’m oblivious to what’s on the other side of their mountain and vice versa. So when we come together and share what we see, our collective view expands, and together we can see much further. I believe we are all a piece of the puzzle. And when we unite in harmony, we can prosper in one another’s brilliance.
