Apple cider vinegar -Inexpensive Healing
Last week, I picked up a bottle of light (colored) apple cider vinegar at the supermarket for less than $3. I had read testimonials about the health benefits of apple cider vinegar on and off for a couple of years and avoided doing anything about this knowledge. Finally, I decided to act on what I was reading. After all, it was cheap and nutritious and couldn’t hurt me.
So I followed the directions:
Take two tablespoons in a glass of water taken three times daily preferably before meals.
Apple cider vinegar taken in this way is supposed to stimulate the metabolism, assist in digestion, improve blood sugar regulation (good for diabetes) and assist in weight loss. One of the testimonials I read about it was about a woman who claimed to have been 300 lbs and to have lost 200 lbs solely by taking apple cider vinegar.
This lady made a jug of it up and drank from it steadily and slowly throughout the day. I cannot claim that anything remarkable has happened for me as a result of taking apple cider vinegar, but it’s early days. Plenty of people claim to have experienced wonderful results. At the very least, it might be worth your while doing a google search on apple cider vinegar. Check it out yourself; it’s certainly an affordable resource.
