plant based diet
Detailed Information

Do you implement a plant-based diet?

A Plant-Based diet is one of the healthiest diets and those who implement this diet generally live longer than meat-eaters. You most likely will make wiser food decisions. However, you may avoid meats, but choose to consume an abundance of highly processed foods, snacks, and treats. It is important to limit highly processed foods for optimal health. Avoid all fried foods such as French fries, potato chips as well. Eat a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, raw nuts, legumes, beans, fermented foods, sprouts, and at least 2 servings of calcium-containing foods such as calcium-fortified rice or soy milk. We also recommend that you implement a serving of nutritional yeast, spirulina, and blackstrap molasses into your daily diet. A B-12 supplement is beneficial as well especially for those who avoid eggs. Methylcobalamin is the best version of B-12.
