The closer we can get to the unaltered form of our food the better. It puts us in a direct relationship with our food…it is coming much more directly to us from the earth. The nutrient density and antioxidant content is usually much higher. What we refer to the vitality or the life energy of the food is perceptibly higher. I think it is a good idea to include it as a strong part of your diet.
