Paul believes that because “we are

truly what we eat, and when we
consume raw, pure, clean food that we
become clean internally and externally.
Our relationships with other people, our
relationships with the earth and nature
become more pure as well and from
that purity we can become content, we
can become peaceful and we can
become healthy.”
