                         chuck full of bliss. We have to
                         practice and train ourselves to
                         find it. For the discovery of bliss
                         within these challenging and
                         perhaps less than perfect
                         moments provide the depth and
                         the richness to the true times of
                         euphoria and utter contentment.

                         As we grow into ourselves and

                         learn to forgive and surrender to

                         life, we can train ourselves to be

                         present and calm and at peace.

                         Bliss. It may be healthy and

                         healing to be reminded through

                         these challenging times to

                         continue practicing our art and

                         methods to clarify and tap into
