              Everyone

        should aim to
        stretch at least 3
        - 4 times a week.

        In a few weeks
        time it will all pay

        off and you will
        notice visible

        results. Warm up
        and do some

        dynamic stretches
        - like joint rotations - always
                                                                Remember to breathe in - stretch
        remember to warm up before - this
                                                                and hold for ten. Relax. Then stretch
        will help prevent injuries. (When the
                                                                a bit further - hold for 10 breathing
        muscles and joints are cold - it can
                                                                out. Don't bounce and stop if you feel
        easily lead to an injury). Do some
                                                                pain.
        static stretches after the workout.
