Stuffed Mushroom & Tomatoes

Mushrooms                       1/2 cup red bell pepper
                                1 Tsp tamari
2 Portobello mushrooms or       1 clove garlic
tomatoes                        Dash salt
4 Tsp tamari sauce              Dash black pepper or cayenne
½ cup Walnut Pate               pepper
1 Tsp minced fresh parsley and  ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley 2
1 Tsp red bell pepper for       Tsp fresh chopped onion
garnish

Walnut pate                         Place all the ingredients,
                                except the parsley and onion, in
1.5 cups walnuts previously     a food processor fitted with the
soaked in water for 4-6 hours   S blade and process into a
Juice from ½ lemon              paste. Remove and mix well
1 Tsp extra virgin olive oil    with the fresh chopped parsley
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes      and the onion.
(soaked in water if extra dry)
